Colour!

Workshops are pretty much exciting.

Major project has started and the workshops as well. This year's major project is a book. We have to produce a proper book the meaning of which must reflect London through the eyes of designer. Actually it could be everything we have got only two set in stone requirements: this book should be no smaller  and no bigger than A5 must and come with a dust jacket which should combine two functions, dust jacket+poster.
Last friday i had my 'Shadow and silhouette' workshop with Darren. Here is what I came up with. I can't say that it took a lot of time to do it. It's pretty simple. I've made it by using live trace tool and some clip-arts which were given for us by Darren.

I might be using it in my book but who knows I am still not sure about what exactly I am going to do.

The day after

Just some silly things that I've done. These  are pictures of my flat. I've been experimenting with panorama mode and I think this is pretty well for my first time. This is actually the day after our small flat party. We were celebrating my flat mates birthdays. Three of them had their birthdays in the beginning of this month and it was decided to throw one party  for all.

 And some none panoramic view.

This is how we do it

This is actually a very true story. You can't eat you can't sleep all that you can think about is your project and all that you do is literally dedicated for it.

The Ice Book by Davy and Kristin McGuire

Just finished my PDF. And this is a very relaxing video that I've found on Vimeo. Enjoy

Natalie Time Lapse: Birth to 10 years old in 1 minute 25 sec

Amazing slid show of little Natalie from her birth to her 10 year old age. Pictures were taken by her father from the very first days of her life. I think it could be much more impressive if there were some music as a background. But anyway it's still pretty fascinating, to watch this video.

My Photoshop

Was looking through my files and found a very old picture of me and my friends which I had filtered in photoshop. It was my very first steps in this program. Now I believe I could do better. Anyway here it is.
