MA students exhibition in LCC
It was a really god evening! First I met my classmates at the bar in LCC. Had a lovely conversation and then we moved to see an exhibition. LSS's foyer was pretty busy which is not a surprise, show worth to stand some inconveniences. MA students has many things to be learned from. Here are some pictures that I managed to take there (It was very crowdy). Quality is not very good, since they were taken on my mobile phone.
And this, as far as I understood, is some kind of a presentation. Like PDF but on paper. Innovative.
This is very interesting sound sensory projection system. Just imagine you can just cough, and it starts vibrating. It repeats every single vibration of your voice. I took a card of that student who made this installation. Planing to contact her next year. She probably must know a lot about projecting things. Hope that she would be very kind and help me with advice for my project.
Playing around with typeface.
The opportunity to be in right place in right time is so blurred.
Part of the branding project. The message is be greener. And it seems like it's teen oriented. Very similar to my GDF project.

Keep thinking...
I am still thinking on my final outcome for GDF project. I made a couple of drafts of posters but it seems like it's not enough. I really want to do something interactive and few thoughts flashed in my mind over this two days since I was sitting at home (the weather is awful). First is a bus stop, second is a tube station and third is a store window. Here is some stuff that I've found for bus stops that has been done earlier. Some of them are very inspiring.

Christmass is coming soon as well as GDF deadlines
As part of my project researching I wanted to post it here. Cascades and Reno De Medici invented to do a cardboard Christmas tree from recycled wastepaper. Cardboard trees designed to keep live trees as well as to develop creativity in children. After all, at such a fur-tree, you can draw anything you want. In general, children are happy and the trees are safe.
I actually have an idea to make an origami frog from recycled paper. It suppose to come with Swatch as a gift, and each pound from this kind of purchase goes for donations to save frogs.

Green is all around
Today I went to the Museum of Natural History and discovered an environmental room there, which is right after the gift shop on the first floor. I was glad of being founding it. Because it could give me some support on my project.

Process
On FdA DFG it's all about the process. And I find it as a very "right" and "must know how to show it" thing. Tonight while I was surfing the internet I found a very nice video. It's Canon's new advert. When I started to watch it I remind that program on discovery since channel called "How do they do it" and our today's group tutorial with Darren.
Just spend few minutes to take a look on that video...
...and how it was made
Because it is all about the process.

Group tutorials on friday
Today we had one of our friday tutorials with Darren. Each one of us brought a bunch of research material and shared it with a group. It is very fascinating to have so much information in an hour. There were a lot of interesting examples of graphic communication for each variables that we have.
Here I want t share my research outcome of last week. I made a slideshow and printable version. Why did I choose a slide show? Because it's easier for me to receive an information when it's in the way of movie and sound. Moreover it is fun and I think that when you are doing your research you have to enjoy it and avoid all the thing that could somehow get you bored. However I made PDF as well in case if for someone it's a best format to get the information.
